Service Scope
The client contracts a purely digital, intangible, and personalized service. The final product will be delivered solely electronically (download links or email). There is no physical shipping of any kind, therefore there will be no postal tracking number.Payments and Commissions
Work will begin only after successful payment confirmation on the PayPal platform.
PayPal transaction fees will be itemized on the invoice and will be covered according to the prior agreement. Payments under the "Friends and Family" modality are not accepted to protect the business integrity of both parties.Modifications and Revisions
The service includes a limit of 3 minor revisions after the stipulated payment and delivery of the service. Once the progress is approved, any drastic changes or changes after the final delivery will incur an additional cost.Usage Rights Personal Use
The client may use the file for personal purposes, social media, or personal printing. Commercialization, resale, or alteration for profit is not permitted. Commercial Use (Optional): If previously agreed upon, the client acquires the commercial exploitation rights for an additional charge specified on the invoice.Anti-Fraud and Refund Policy No refunds
Due to the intangible nature of the work and the time invested, no refunds are issued once the final file has been delivered.Cancellations: If the client cancels before final delivery, a percentage (e.g., 50%) of the total will be retained to cover accumulated work hours. Payment of the invoice linked to this document constitutes digital acceptance of these terms, invalidating any subsequent claim for "item not received.
